Stair Make-Over uses the tread-over-tread system where the original staircase is used as the starting point. The new treads are installed over the old ones. You only have to make a template of your old tread with the special measuring tool from your assembly kit.

The new treads are very wear-resistant and very durable. Stair Make-Over offers a 10 year guarantee, but in normal circumstances they should last a lifetime.

Your new stairs are available in five different colours: classic oak, cherry, beech, maple and wenge. The risers also have different colours on each side: one side is off-white, and the other is in the matching colour of your choice of tread. Brushed aluminum risers are also available as an option.
